MFM333 is operated by FaZe Media, Inc. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through MFM333.
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Footwear must be tried on indoors on a clean surface; items showing outsole wear cannot be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at help@murd333r.fm with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalised products and gift cards. Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
